VetAI uses an automated AI interviewer to conduct a live voice interview and score your responses. The system considers your spoken answers and the live video feed. It does not score typing speed, response latency, or editing behaviour. It produces a competency score, a hire recommendation, and flagged answers. The AI score is advisory: a recruiter reviews the transcript and makes the final decision. No adverse outcome is sent without a recorded human decision.
