VetAI collects your voice, video, and written responses during this interview for the role you are applying for.
- Who is collecting: VetAI on behalf of the hiring employer.
- Why: to assess your suitability for the role using an automated interview and scoring system.
- Disclosed to: the employer and VetAI's sub-processors (hosting and AI model providers).
- Overseas recipients: your data may be processed outside Australia (hosting and model providers). See the Privacy Policy for the countries involved.
- Retention: raw video/audio is deleted after 30 days; transcript and score are kept for 24 months.
- Your rights: you can access or correct your data, or complain to the OAIC. Use the "Request access to my data" link after the interview.
This collection notice is separate from the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
